Who We Are
Chiropractic Health Partners (CHP) is an independent practice association serving chiropractic practices in Vermont. Our staff provides quality improvement resources, technology platforms, and managed care contracting services to our members.
Chiropractic Health Partners is incorporated in the state of Vermont as a not-for-profit corporation. CHP's current service area encompasses Addison, Bennington, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Rutland, Washington, Windham, and Windsor counties in Vermont.
Our Purpose
Chiropractic Health Partner’s primary purpose is to collaborate with chiropractors and managed care organizations (MCO’s) in order to respond to the evolving challenges of today's practice environment. Some of our major roles include:
- Achieve operational efficiencies.
- Develop and execute clinical management quality improvement programs.
- Create strategic partnerships within the healthcare community
- Collaborate with managed care organizations (MCOs).
- Create workplace wellness programs.
